L'agriturismo in Veneto è
agriturismo di città d'arte, natura e vacanza al mare. Il soggiorno negli agriturismi in
Veneto permette di visitare Venezia, Padova, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Rovigo e Belluno; monti famosi come la
Marmolada, le Pale di San Martino, le Tofane; le Dolomiti, gli altopiani
del Grappa e di Asiago, i Monti Lessini e il Pasubio; la natura protetta
nel Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi. Ma a ciò va aggiunto
il piacere delle tradizioni e dei prodotti tipici veneti.
Cos'è
un agriturismo?
Le aziende agrituristiche sono in primis delle aziende agricole. L’apertura
al pubblico è solo un aspetto, e per molti versi secondario,
della loro attività. Chi dispone di ampio spazio può destinare
una parte della propria attività anche alla ristorazione o alla
didattica.
Alloggio
La tipologia degli alloggi varia a seconda dell’agriturismo. Si
passa da stanze dotate di tutti gli optional (bagno, tv, aria condizionata)
ad altre più rustiche. La scelta operata dal singolo agriturismo
rispecchia diverse filosofie, di vedere il turismo rurale.
Ristorazione
Alcune delle strutture proposte offrono anche servizio di ristorazione.
Trattandosi di un turismo alternativo, basato perlopiù sui prodotti
della propria terra, molti dei piati proposti sono legati alla stagionalità
dei prodotti e, quindi, non sono sempre disponibili.
Giornate di apertura
Gli agriturismi che effettuano servizio di ristoro per legge possono
esercitare l’attività per un massimo di 210 giorni l’anno.
Le strutture che vi proponiamo sono generalmente aperte agli ospiti
per la ristorazione il venerdì e sabato sera e la domenica tutto
il giorno.
Prodotti offerti
La maggior parte dei prodotti che vengono serviti negli agriturismi
che effettuano servizio ristoro è di produzione dell’azienda.
Prezzi
I prezzi variano a seconda del servizio offerto, della zona e, nel caso
della ristorazione, dai piatti e dai vini scelti. Non si può
pensare: “Agriturismo = spendere poco”: la qualità
dell’accoglienza e della ristorazione negli agriturismi
è molto cresciuta anche per rispondere agli standard qualitativi
imposti dal mercato.
